If you asked my three year old what he was thankful for – without hesitation, you’d get one word :: BEEAAAAR!
A gift celebrating the little man’s arrival, Bear has seen it all. Doctor’s offices, supermarkets, airplanes, the library…the list goes on.
It’s the little man’s comfort. Someone to tell secrets to, hug, and play games with.
We were “teaching” Bear to play baseball the other afternoon. And then it became a big hugfest.
I don’t think he could love his bear any more ::

And I bet, if Bear could talk, he would tell amazing tales of his adventures with this little guy.

More alphabet/type love…
The Italian kitchen design company Barriviera Cappe makes awesome range hoods (or if you’re European, extractors….) ranging from the super-sleek to the ultra funky mid-century modern. And then there’s this :: the Kappa Range Hood ::

I love it partly because I’m a type nerd, but it’s also beautiful and functional. And looove that orange! What a statement piece.
Happy Monday, lovelies! Thought I’d give you a little eye candy of my latest design crush to start off a dreary snowy new week.
I found this illustrator/calligrapher recently while I was blog surfing…and I can’t get her gorgeous style of calligraphy out of my head. Her work is amazing… um, hello?! For real. Check out more of her awesome work here. And here.

Swoon….
Happy Monday!
At four and a half months old, this little girl is a thief—stealing the hearts of everyone she meets. And how can you blame her? With those eyes and her sweet smile, I would have given her a pony…oh, who am I kidding? I would have given her the whole farm.
This little princess is the first girl on her daddy’s side for nearly two generations. And the pride and love that her parents have for her is awe-inspiring.

Oh, so smoochable ::

Baby E is a beautiful reminder of the little blessings in our life, and I’m honored to capture these early moments!

Oh, such smoochable little cheeks…
And you can’t deny the love from a very proud and happy momma ::

The rest of this session is amazing—such a beautiful little girl, with an outpouring of love from their amazing mom and dad. And can you believe those blue eyes? Stunning!
Hellllooooo, gorgeous!

She’s such a natural beauty—flawless smile, bright eyes, and an incredibly contagious giggle. Leah was awesome to photograph for her senior session! We were graced with a gorgeous fall afternoon and had a great time roaming a couple of out-of-the-ordinary locations.
So stunning, whether smiling or serious ::

She has incredibly intense eyes, full of soul and promise for the adventure ahead ::

Rocking the sun flare on the train tracks ::

And Leah’s prom dress was sooooo gorgeous—slightly vintage, and I love this photo ::

And we ventured down by the river for a couple more shots ::

Leah, it was an honor to photograph your senior portraits! Best of luck with everything that’s ahead for you—I know it will be the adventure of your life!
Wishing you all the best!
