Our resident three-year-old in our home is pretty excited for the holidays. And to celebrate recently at preschool, parents were invited into the classroom to participate in a favorite annual activity—building gingerbread houses. Made with plenty of icing and graham crackers, it was a delight to be part of my little man’s morning.
Each child’s personality really showed in their creations…we had lots of gumdrop “lights” on our house. (“It’s sparkly,” he says.)
